HOD gradually lowers employee stats over the metl. I forget what Hod does, so unfortunately someone else is gonna have to tell you what she does.
Basically just keep an eye on everyone and you should be right. Netzach prevents all forms of healing and only heals you during each meltdown, so avoid fighting or sending the same employee to work repeatedly as they can't be healed in a room. It gets extremely difficult to see what is going on, so don't do anything that relies heavily on sight like micromanaging combat. So long as you remember what you need to do on each abnormality you should be fine. So long as you take your time you'll be fine. The best way to figure out which worktype is which is to just send someone to work on One Sin and write down what worktype does what. I believe it shuffles every time you have a meltdown.
